Annual Insurance Preparation.

We carry out Annual and NDT boiler insurance preparation works as required by the Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000.

• Thorough preparation and cleaning
• On-site valve overhaul OR off-site certificated valve servicing
• Supply of high quality spares
• Rebuild and restore pressure following inspection
• Gauge recalibration, certificated

Five Year NDT Examinations.

As with annual boiler insurance inspections, we aim to make everything as easy as possible and keep any downtime to an absolute minimum - including liaising with insurance companies on your behalf.

• Expose and prepare all welds in readiness for ultrasonic examination in accordance with SAFed SBG 1/2
• Removal and replacement of brickwork
